City restaurant hosts night with top chef Simon

One of Preston's top dining destinations is pushing the city's food scene forward by welcoming some of the UK's most celebrated chefs into its kitchen.

Building on a reputation for hosting outstanding guest chef events, Aven Restaurant has announced its highest-profile collaboration yet - an evening with Simon Martin, chef director of Manchester's Michelin-starred Mana.

The event at the Camden Place eatery will mark the first time Simon brings his award-winning cuisine to Lancashire, offering local diners the chance to experience his distinctive approach without leaving the county.
