The Indian Business and Professional Council (IBPC Dubai) will host a special cultural evening celebrating Pravasi Bhartiya Divas and Vishwa Hindi Divas today at India Club, Dubai, bringing together members of the Indian diaspora, corporate leaders and cultural enthusiasts.
