KPDCL Issues Power Shutdown Timings

The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced multiple scheduled power shutdowns across various parts of Srinagar and Pulwama districts this month to facilitate critical maintenance, augmentation, and stabilisation works under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).
According to the Chief Engineer (Distribution), KPDCL, the outages are part of planned activities to upgrade infrastructure, replace conductors, carry out branch cutting, erect poles, and strengthen the network to ensure more reliable electricity supply in the coming months.
