Kashmir's own art can grow into that space and give the same sense of relief and meaning.Many young Kashmiris speak about stress that builds up through years of disruption, insecurity and limited opportunities. A growing number of students and counsellors say art brings ease into their days.
Spaces that allow painting, music or craftmaking often become places where people share concerns they do not express anywhere else.
These small shifts show how creative practice can open a path to emotional stability in a region that needs it.
