TWISTED Murderer Gavin Murphy BY KEITH FALKINER THE brother of a woman brutally murdered by her violent partner says he'll never get over the fact that her four-year-old son heard her screams for help as she was stabbed to death.

This week marked the fourth anniversary of Jennie Poole's killing at the hands of evil Gavin Murphy.

Jennie's brother Jason - who is campaigning to have a register of domestic abusers set up so people can know the background to potential partners - said his family can never get over the horrific nature of her death.

Twisted Murphy stabbed Jennie to death in her first-floor apartment in Melville Drive, Finglas, Dublin, on April 17, 2021.

Speaking on the Grief Pod with Venetia Quick, Jason revealed how Jennie's son was with her in her car on the day she was murdered.

She had left the boy in the car while she ran into her apartment to get a change of clothes for a trip to the beach, but Murphy was waiting in there for her, locking her behind a hall door and then killing her.
