PARTY TIME. Jessie Buckley with Oscar also left

The Kerry star revealed it came in the same week as another important milestone.

She added: "It feels like some kind of crazy alchemy... my daughter got her first tooth this week. I woke up with her lying on my chest, snuggling me and I feel like, what a gift."

The 36-year-old won the acclaim of the Academy for playing Shakespeare's wife Agnes Hathaway in Hamnet, alongside Kildare pal Paul Mescal and child star Jacobi Jupe.

It marked a stunning clean sweep of awards season that included Bafta, Ifta, Golden Globe and Actors' Awards wins.

Jessie learned she was pregnant a week after filming finished. In her acceptance speech, she addressed Isla and said: "I love you and I love being your mum and I can't wait to discover life beside you."

The young mum added Isla would have "absolutely no idea what's going on... and is probably dreaming of milk". She then jokingly addressed her daughter, saying: "This is kind of a big deal.
