PROBE AFTER SHOTS FIRED AT CHILD & ADULTS

A CHILD and two adults were lucky to escape unharmed following a drive-by shooting at a property in Limerick city.

Shots were fired at a home along Hyde Avenue on Friday morning, and Gardai have now launched a full investigation.

Footage of the incident was later shared on social media, showing two men and a young boy chatting in the property's front garden.

One of the men then spots a dark-coloured vehicle approaching and quickly pulls the others to the ground, taking cover behind the garden wall.

Less than a second later, a bullet can be seen hitting the low concrete wall while another strikes the wall of the property behind them.
