Devoy happy to be talked up by gaffer

DAWSON DEVOY would rather people were talking about him than not - and doesn't mind shouting it from the rooftops.

And going into tonight's clash with Derry City, Devoy insists he doesn’t mind his manager coming out with big statements like that - because he thrives off it

Devoy, 23, said: “I think most players will tell you that they want to be spoken about. I believe I'm good enough to be like that.

“Once I just let my football do the talking on the pitch, I'll let other people speak like that.
