AFEW weeks ago Rod Millman ran two fillies in a warm novice contest at Windsor.

DEMETRIS MOUFLON was sent off at 250/1 having been well beaten on her debut, but she fared the better of the pair, racing ahead of her stablemate from the outset and finishing a respectable eighth of the 12 runners.

She was last of four over 7f at Ffos Las last time, finishing nine lengths behind the 89-rated Lost Signal having been tenderly handled, and those runs now allow her to race in low-grade nurseries.
