SEAN SAYS DUBS ARE MOVING ON QUICKLY FROM LOSS TO MEATH

Defeat clears Bug-s out of system

SEAN Bugler says Dublin will be primed for the AllIreland series.

And he insists they're still intent on winning the Sam Maguire despite last weekend's shock Leinster semi-final defeat by Meath.

It was the first time Dublin had lost a game in the provincial Championship since Meath hit them for five goals in 2010 at the same stage of the competition.

The Dubs were hot favourites to make it 15-in-a-row and secure a top seeding.

Now, they find themselves as third seeds with an All-Ireland round robin opener away to a provincial champion to launch their campaign for Sam.

That is likely to be against a Division 1 side - Armagh, Donegal, Galway, Mayo or Kerry.

It could also be Division 2 Meath or Louth, or Division 3 Clare, depending on how the draw and the provincial finals work out.

Dublin's record on the road this spring in Division 1 was poor, losing to Donegal, Armagh and Tyrone and coming from 12 points behind to turn over Kerry in Tralee.
