Twink to meet with station over TV role
TWINK is to have a meeting with the boss of RTE as it considers going more comedy.
Adele King confirmed she had been in contact with the Director General Kevin Bakhurst and they will be getting together for lunch in the new year.
The veteran 74-year-old comedian and panto star said the national broadcaster has a new head of comedy and the station is exploring a load of new ideas to bring to the screen.
