A FUNDRAISER for an Irishman missing for over a month in Spain has seen an outpouring of support from the public.

- BY CATHAL RYAN

James “Jemsie” Nunan, 34, has been missing since August 18, while sailing near Gran Canaria, and his family are now urgently raising funds to support the ongoing search.

James was embarking on a round-the-world sailing trip when his yacht and pet dog were discovered near the Canary Islands - but the man himself was nowhere to be found.

His journey began in March after purchasing a yacht in Slovenia and alongside his loving Jack Russell, Thumbe-

lina, he headed off on his adventure.
