James gives middle finger send-off to rival fans
JAMES McClean bid a controversial farewell to English football, making an obscene gesture towards opposition fans.
The ex-Republic of Ireland star was present at Wrexham's Championship clash against Leicester at the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday night.
The 36-year-old recently ended his stint with the Red Dragons, signing back for his home team, Derry City.
McClean, who led Wrexham to back-to-back promotions since joining in August 2023, received a warm welcome from the home crowd as he stepped on to the pitch before the match.
However, after acknowledging the Wrexham supporters, he provocatively raised two middle fingers towards the Leicester fans in the away end, sporting a mischievous grin.
