CAB flogs plush pad seized from dead mobster's wife
THE mansion formerly owned by murdered criminal “Fat” Andy Connors has been sold at auction - for €420,000.
That's €40,000 more than the published minimum opening bid of €380,000.
The property - known as The Villa - sold at auction yesterday afternoon during a process lasting just 10 minutes.
There were some 22 bids for the mansion, which is near Tallaght in south Co Dublin, in the auction run online by DRG Gibson Auctions.
