A FORMER Celtic Boys Club manager who indecently assaulted youth players was removed by police after paedophile hunters confronted him at his home.

Frank Cairney, 90, was led to a van by officers after vigilantes protested outside the property in Viewpark, Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Crowds gathered before Cairney was driven away.

It was live-streamed on social media with commentators shouting, “Beast”.
