The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Tuesday issued showcause notices and lodged a complaint against a contractor responsible for maintaining the civic body's public parking lot at Kala Ghoda in front of the Jehangir Art Gallery.Issuing a statement, civic authorities said the contractor was charging double the specified rate of park-
