SHIFT YOUR MINDSET TO HELP YOU SEE BEAUTY IN OUR COLDER MONTHS. BY CAMILLA FOSTER

Winter the Scandi way

JANUARY'S darkness and chill can often feel bleak and depressing, but it doesn't have to feel that way.

Accept the darkness and cold that comes with the winter months

"In Scandinavia we live in darkness for several months, so we know it's coming and there's no stopping it," says Bronte. "I think that starting to accept the fact that it will be dark and cold for a few months helps sets the scene a little bit more."
