Whitehead wants 'to be a sponge' at Rovers

TOM Whitehead says conversations with Hull KR head coach Willie Peters sparked his excitement in making the move to Sewell Group Craven Park.

The promising back-rower has signed a three-year deal following his release from Warrington Wolves, a contract that runs until the end of the 2028 Super League season.
Whitehead made his Super League debut in 2022, and has 15 topflight appearances to his name in total, including a loan stint at Salford Red Devils in 2025.
