HARSH PENALTY SINKS CITY AT SWANSEA

RUBEN Selles was unhappy with referee Ben Toner's decision to give Swansea City a 51st minute penalty that left Hull City to reflect on a 1-0 defeat which leaves them just two points above the drop zone with only three games left.

City conceded a penalty just six minutes into the second period when John Egan was adjudged to have handballed a goalbound shot, but it clearly hit his face. Zan Yipotnik slotted in the spot-kick and from that moment on, it was a tough road back for the Tigers, who struggled to create clear-cut chances.

The Tigers lost Matt Crooks to a red card in added time after collecting two yellow cards.
