Peters explains Rowan Milnes surprise return

WILLIE Peters is happy to welcome Rowan Milnes back to the club, stating that he has an important part to play in the coming weeks.

As revealed by All Out Rugby League, the halfback has returned to Hull KR on an initial short-term loan from Castleford Tigers.

He has been drafted in to help cover Tyrone May while he is suspended but also to facilitate a season-long loan move for Danny Richardson, who is heading to York Knights for the remainder of the year.

That left the Robins needing cover in the spine and they have signed Milnes, who is off-contract at the end of the season.
