Leopards searching for next head of rugby to replace Chester

LEIGH Leopards have begun the search for their next head of rugby, nine months after Chris Chester departed the club.

Chester, 47, left Leigh midway through the 2025 campaign to take up a role as director of rugby at Castleford Tigers, bringing to an end a three-and-a-half-year spell with the Leopards.

He oversaw some of the club's most significant signings, including Edwin Ipape, Lachlan Lam and Kai O'Donnell.
