Former world champ Haye's date in Hull

FORMER world heavyweight and unified cruiserweight champion of the world David Haye is coming to Hull next month for a special dinner event where he'll come face to face with his first-ever professional opponent.

The 44-year-old retired London boxer is headlining a dinner at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in the city centre on Friday, October 3.
The event is promoted by former Hull boxer Tony Booth, who 23 years ago provided the opposition for Haye, when the future worldwide star made his debut on a show at the legendary York Hall venue.
