FC blow as Pryce is out up to 10 weeks

HAMSTRING INJURY FOR FULL-BACK

JOHN Cartwright has confirmed Hull FC full-back Will Pryce could be out for as many as 10 weeks with a hamstring injury.

Pryce suffered the injury towards the back end of the Catalans Dragons game - in fact, the last play of the contest in Perpignan - with the player sent for scans and now in rehab.

The club will dispatch Pryce for scans again in six weeks' time, with the player, like John Asiata, who also has a hamstring tear, looking to shave as much time off his initial prognosis as possible.

Speaking in his weekly press conference, Cartwright said: "Unfortunately, in the very last play of the game, he's twinged a hamstring. It's not good, and it won't be short-term.
