City Supporters Society votes for operations transfer and aims for smooth transition

AT the recent AGM of the Bangor Football Supporters Society Ltd (BFSS), members voted in favour of a transition to see the football operations of Bangor Football Supporters Society (under which Bangor City 1876 operates) transferred to Bangor City FC Ltd.

A statement on the club website reads: “While the BFSS Trust Board and the Bangor City 1876 FC Board will be standing down from their current operational role, they reaffirmed their continued commitment to the process, and will be working with Bangor City FC Ltd to ensure a smooth transition. This includes supporting both the incoming BFSS Trust Board and the BCFC Ltd Board.
“The hope is that this transition period will be relatively short, with formal meetings to begin the process scheduled to take place from the week commencing 30th June.
