₹75 lakh robbery solved, five arrested, say police

The Delhi Police have arrested five people in connection with the gunpoint robbery of ₹75 lakh near Shalimar Bagh in northwest Delhi last week, officers aware of the case said on Thursday, adding that a search is on for a sixth suspect.
The arrested accused have been identified as Vicky Kumar, 33, his brother-in-law Robiu Rasoo, 25, their friend Sudhanshu Kumar, 23, Sudhanshu's father Mukesh Kumar alias Bobby, 50, and Abhishek Kumar, 21. Police said they have recovered 60.70 lakh of the stolen money, while the remaining loot is with Rohit Kumar, the absconding suspect.
According to investigators, Vicky worked as a driver for Nitesh Goyal, the businessman who owned the Haiderpur office where the January 13 crime took place.
