Wow! Momo has mandated Avendus to raise $80-100 million through a mix of primary and secondary share sale, with existing investor Lighthouse Funds set to fully exit, two people in the know told Mint.
MUMBAI:
"Lighthouse is invested for a long time and will completely exit the stake with this round," one of the people said, adding that Avendus is running the mandate and will help the firm raise funds from both new and existing investors this year.
