Woman, lover held for killing husband

A woman and her lover allegedly murdered her 29-year-old husband, who worked in the merchant navy, dismembered the body, sealed it inside a drum and covered it with cement in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Wednesday, adding both accused have been arrested.
MEERUT:
Muskan Rastogi and Sahil Shukla — both 27 — allegedly mixed sedatives in Saurabh Rajput's food before killing him when he returned from London where he worked in the merchant navy at a US-based shipping company. After the murder on March 4, the alleged killers went on a trip to Shimla, senior police superintendent (SSP) Vipin Tada said.
