Govt bars 'unauthorised' YouTubers from state hosps

Jharkhand health minister Irfan Ansari on Thursday issued an order banning the entry of "unauthorised YouTubers" inside government hospitals amid plans to revamp health infrastructure in the state, adding that an official list of authorised YouTubers—who will be allowed entry—will soon be prepared.

The health minister shared a press statement with the Hindustan Times after a high-level meeting at the Public Health Institute Auditorium in Namkum on Wednesday to discuss ways to modernise state-run hospitals.
Those present at the meeting included additional chief secretary of the health department, Ajoy Kumar Singh, campaign director of the National Health Mission, Abu Imran, director (health services), Dr Chandra Kishore Shahi, administrative officer Lakshmi Narayan Kishore and in-charges and consultants of various state-level programmes.
