Election Officials Begin Interaction With Political Parties Ahead Of Bihar Polls

State Election officials have started holding meetings with representatives of all state and national parties across the state to apprise them about the processes being undertaken for updation of electoral rolls as well as other electoral initiatives ahead of the assembly polls later this year.

PATNA:

On March 25, chief electoral officer, Bihar and other state election officials would hold a meeting in this regard in Patna, sources said.

A letter also has been issued by the Election Commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday inviting party presidents and senior leaders for interaction to further strengthen electoral processes within the legal framework.
