{ OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS CASE } CASE FILED BY HEALTH DEPT
The MP/MLA court has framed charges against Jamshedpur (West) MLA and Janata Dal (United) leader Saryu Roy in acase related to allegedly stealing and making public secret official documents of a state department, an advocate close to the matter said on Thursday.
The advocate said the development took place on Wednesday, and testimony will begin on August 12. “Framing charges against MLA Roy, the court has also ordered the prosecution to ensure the production of witnesses. The date for the production of witnesses is August 12,” the advocate said.
A police official aware of the development said an FIR was registered in this connection on May 2, 2022.
