₹3L-cr investment proposals to be on ground by March 30: CM

Chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Wednesday said the government is committed to put Rajasthan on the path of development and by March 30, 2025, over ₹3 lakh crore worth investment proposals will be on ground.
JAIPUR:
Sharma was speaking on the reply to the budget in the state assembly.
"Holding the Rising Rajasthan investment summit in the first year shows our commitment to bring on ground all the MoUs worth ₹35 lakh crore that were signed," he said.
Sharma hit out at the previous Congress government and said, "They (Congress government) held only one Rising Rajasthan summit during their tenure and that too in the last year of their tenure. Unlike Congress, we don't see Rising Rajasthan as an event to take political mileage from," he said.
Drawing a comparison, Sharma said the Congress inked MoUs worth ₹12.84 lakh crore in the Rising Rajasthan summit held in 2022. Of that, works worth only ₹30,000 crore or 3% of MoUs were brought on ground.
