Today's drinks are less about mixology and more about identity. Couples are weaving their names, stories and inside jokes into every detail—from spritzes stamped with monograms to citrus peels carrying wedding hashtags. What was once a standard open bar has become a curated showcase, where each tag, stirrer and topper feels like a miniature love note. The result is intimate, stylish and effortlessly Instagrammable.

Personalised cocktails and bespoke garnishes have become a signature element of the season. Bartender Ami Shroff says the shift is clear: “Cute personalisations that guests want to take home turn garnishes into memorabilia. Couples and guests alike love them.”
