Countries around the world should come together to form a bloc for developing norms for responsible artificial intelligence (AI) at a time when China and the US are developing their own AI strategies, Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof said on Thursday, while highlighting potential for collaboration between the Netherlands and India.
