HC protects personality rights of Hrithik Roshan, Kumar Sanu

The Delhi high court ‘on Wednesday protected the personality rights of Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and playback singer Kumar Sanu by restraining entities from commercially exploiting their name, images, voice without their consent.
Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora said she would pass separate detailed orders directing multiple entities to remove URLs that infringe upon Hrithik and Sanu. These infringements include commercial sale of merchandise, creation of obscene posts, and use of AI to generate images and chatbots.
