Forest staff split into smaller teams to ramp up search for elusive tiger

LUCKNOW: To intensify the search for the elusive tiger in Rehmankheda, forest officers during a review meeting on Saturday, decided to divide three dozen forest staff into smaller teams. Besides, elephants Sulochana and Dyna have also joined the combing operations in Rehmankheda.
Head of Uttar Pradesh forest force, Sunil Chaudhary, visited Rehmankheda on Saturday morning and discussed the mapping of pugmarks with divisional forest officer Sitanshu Pandey and team members. He was reviewing the efforts done since December 14, 2024.
