{ Lucknow Project } HC Gives No Relief On PIL Against Cutting Of 300 Trees

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court on Tuesday provided no relief to the petitioners on a public interest litigation (PIL) filed against proposed cutting of more than 300 trees for the construction of a green corridor from IIM road to Kisan Path in Lucknow.
LUCKNOW: The court directed to list the PIL in the third week of July.
A vacation division bench of justice AR Masoodi and justice Subhash Vidyarthi passed the order on the PIL filed by two minor girls through their father Devesh Kumar.
