As the debate around fixed work hours in the film industry continues, actor Radhika Apte has lent her voice to the demand, saying it is “not possible” for her to work without clearly capped shifts.
The conversation gathered momentum earlier this year after reports suggested actor Deepika Padukone was ousted from filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit after asking for fixed eight-hour shifts as a new mother.
