'Over 4,700 spl trains to run for festive season'

The Northern Railway has announced that it is operating over 4,700 special train trips to manage the massive rush of passengers travelling to their hometowns in Bihar, UP, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha for Diwali and Chhath.

The 4,718 special trips, will continue till November 30, also catering to the expected surge of travellers heading to Bihar for the upcoming state elections.
