HC grants relief to Nagina MP

The Allahabad high court has given relief to Nagina MP and Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar in the 2017 Saharanpur violence case, and directed the court below at Saharanpur to decide afresh on the discharge application moved by the MP in connection with the case.
Justice Sameer Jain set aside the order whereby the trial court of Saharanpur had dismissed the discharge application moved by Chandrashekhar in this case.
