11-Yr-Old Speech And Hearing Impaired Girl Raped; Accused Arrested

An 11-year-old speech-and-hearing-impaired girl was brutally raped in the Saifni area of Rampur district on Tuesday.

MEERUT: She was found unconscious and with serious injuries. Police have arrested the accused after an encounter during which he suffered a bullet injury in his leg. The victim, who remains in a critical condition, was lured with the promise of money before being subjected to the crime, informed police on Thursday.
