Up to Dhs20,000 fine for Al Dhafra appearance violations

Al Dhafra Municipality has identified 16 types of violations related to maintaining public appearance, which will result in fines that will double in the event of repeated violations, in accordance with the regulations and laws on maintaining public appearance previously issued by the Department of Municipalities and Transport.

The municipality indicated that the violations include: leaving or storing materials or prefabricated structures such as caravans, or any other objects in public places in a manner that obstructs pedestrians, distorts the general appearance, or harms public health, neglecting assets or equipment used by companies based on public facilities located in public places in a manner that damages or distorts the general appearance, and writing or drawing on assets or equipment used by companies based on public facilities located in public places.
