Sharjah Airport's remarkable progress, rapid growth highlighted

Sharjah Airport Authority (SAA) held its annual ceremony honouring employees, strategic partners, and media representatives. The event was attended by a number of high-ranking officials and representatives from government and private sector entities, reflecting the vital role that teams and partner organizations play in positioning Sharjah Airport as a global hub for air travel and aviation services.

In his address, Ali Salim Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Airport Authority, emphasized that the remarkable progress and rapid growth witnessed at Sharjah Airport would not have been possible without the directives of the wise leadership, which has long recognised the aviation sector as a strategic driver of development. He extended his deep appreciation to His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, whose vision and guidance have been the foundation of every achievement to date.
