The ICP indicated that it had promptly initiated its authorised emergency business continuity plan following the onset of the events, with the objective of ensuring operational flexibility and mitigating potential repercussions on travel in view of the decisions taken by certain nations to close their airspace to air traffic.

The plan encompassed operational and regulatory procedures that were meticulously implemented in collaboration with strategic partners.

The ICP has observed that field teams at the country's airports are supported on a 24-hour basis with qualified human resources and advanced operational capabilities, thereby ensuring the highest levels of preparedness and immediate response to all developments.
