Govt support boosts Sharjah's realty sector

The real estate sector in Sharjah has been witnessing a noticeable uptrend recently, with rising demand for residential and commercial units, reflecting growing confidence among investors and buyers in the local market, revealed Ali Mohammed Mousa, CEO of North Coast Real Estate.
Mousa pointed out that government support in Sharjah strengthens the performance of real estate companies through facilities and regulations that encourage investment and support both existing and new projects, contributing to attracting further investments.
He also emphasised that property exhibitions in the emirate serve as a key platform for growth and development, providing opportunities for direct interaction between developers, investors, and buyers, while highlighting new investment opportunities and driving economic activity in the sector.
