'France have 'great chance' vs NZ despite depleted side'

PARIS: Former New Zealand fly-half Aaron Cruden believes France will pose a serious threat to the All Blacks in July despite sending a depleted outfit on this year’s three-Test tour.

Six Nations champions Les Bleus are set to rest three star players in Romain Ntamack, Lauret Bielle-Biarrey and Thomas Ramos for the games, starting on July 5, due to clash with the end of the French club season.
The French Rugby Federation and the country’s top sides have been embroiled in October in a players involved in the 28’s top-flight final would be included in the tour to the three-time Rugby World Cup champions.
