Events promote community solidarity in Sharjah

SHARJAH: As part of its commitment to social responsibility and promoting the values of solidarity and compassion during the Holy Month of Ramadan, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department led a series of humanitarian initiatives in cooperation with several charitable entities and institutions in the emirate.

The initiatives included the distribution of 1,000 Iftar meals in cooperation with the Sharjah Charity International on the occasion of “Zayed Humanitarian Work Day,” which falls on the 19th of Ramadan each year.

The department also distributed 100 daily Iftar meals at a Ramadan tent, which the department had set in cooperation with the same entity in Kalba City, in addition to providing food rations known as “Ramadan Meer” to eligible public service employees.
