Developer launches Dhs100m project

Dubai's booming real estate market is attracting international collaboration as the city growth story continues.
Central Asian developer Deniz, in collaboration with Mimar, a leading design institute in the Middle East, and Seeniun Properties, a leading UAE real estate brokerage, unveiled a joint residential project worth Dhs100 million in Dubai.
Deniz has already invested around Dhs300 million in the Dubai property market till date and plan to invest over Dhs200 million in the next few months.
The landmark '08 Life Residences' is located in Al Warsan 4 within Phase 2 of Dubai's International City.
