Company told to pay another Dhs295,000

The Dubai Court of First Instance ordered a company to pay Dhs295,000 to another, with a 5% legal interest from the date of the legal claim until full payment, in addition to obligating it to return 50 motorcycles, the subject of the contract, plus the fees and expenses of the case.

The details of the case date back to when a company working in the field of motorcycle rental filed a partial civil lawsuit, in which it demanded that the company be obligated to pay rental dues related to three contracts for renting motorcycles, after it refused to pay them, and also demanded the return of the contracted motorcycles upon the expiry of the lease period, and the delivery of ownership transfer documents.
