BEEAH launches leadership programme

Following the success of its inaugural edition, BEEAH, the region's pioneer for sustainability and innovation, has officially announced the launch of the 2025-2026 Future Leadership Programme (FLP), welcoming a new cohort of high-potential professionals from within the organisation as well as external companies.

Launched in collaboration with Emeritus, the programme empowers participants to become strategic, agile leaders while expanding their capabilities across critical business domains, including communication, analytics, financial acumen, innovation, and emerging technologies, equipping them to drive transformation in a decade defined by rapid digital change.

In response to the surge in Al and emerging technologies, the programme helps companies successfully navigate some of the world’s biggest challenges and opportunities.

The IO-month executive development programme features a uniquely forward-thinking curriculum, designed to prepare high-potential mid-level managers to thrive and lead future-ready organisations.
