UAE firm slams loss of mining rights in Guinea

UAE industrial giant Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) has denounced a decision by Guinea to revoke the mining rights held by its subsidiary, Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC).

The mining title has now been transferred to a newly established entity, Nimba Mining Company SA, by the Guinean government.
